驻京某部队年轻军人慢性前列腺炎发病情况调查

目的探讨部队年轻军人前列腺炎的发病情况及其相关因素。方法对608名被调查者行前列腺按摩取前列腺液检查。诊断标准为:卵磷脂小体<75%,白细胞≥10个/HP。分析训练强度、文化程度、包皮过长与前列腺炎发生的关系。结果本组检出前列腺炎77例,发生率为12.7%,均为慢性前列腺炎。发生率:训练强度大的步兵高于训练强度低的专业兵(P<0.05),包皮长的军人高于包皮正常的军人(P<0.05);文化程度高低与发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论部队年轻军人前列腺炎发生率较高,其发生与训练强度、卫生条件和卫生习惯有一定关系。

Investigation of Chronic Prostatitis among Young Servicemen in BeijingArmy

Objective To investigate the morbidity and analyze the risk factors of chronic prostates in young servicemen.Methods We collected the prostatic fluids of 608 young servicemen through prostatic massage.The diagnosis standards consisted of lecithin body more than 75% and leukocyte more than or equal to 10/Hp.We analyzed the relationship between their training intensity,educational level,redundant prepuce and the incidence of chronic prostatitis.Results We found 77 ones with chronic prostatitis with a total incidence of 12.7%.Among the patients,the incidence of infantrymen with more intense training was higher than that of the technical soldiers(P<0.05),that of the soldiers with redundant prepuce was higher than that of those with normal prepuce(P<0.05),and there was no statistics difference in educational level(P>0.05).Conclusion There is high incidence of chronic prostatitis among young soldiers,which has relationship with training intensity,hygiene condition and hygiene habits.
