国产H2株甲肝活疫苗免疫持久性评价

目的　观察本县 1～ 14岁儿童及重点行业人群试用国产H2 株甲肝减毒活疫苗免后持久性。方法　对满 1周岁儿童实行计划免疫规程 ,14周岁内儿童及重点行业人群实行指令性接种 ;用流行病学方法观察其免疫效果和疫情动态。结果　经 10年免疫效果观察 ,甲肝发病的周期性规律受到明显改变 ,流行的态势得到了有效的控制。结论　我国研制的国产H2 株甲肝疫苗具有安全性好 ,其免疫时间长 ,保护率高 ,免疫效果肯定。

Assessment of immune persistence on domestic vaccine of H2 strain Hepatitis A

Objective To observe the immune persistence of domestic HA vaccine of H 2 strain in children aged 1 to 14 years and in key vector population. Methods Planned program on immunization were carried out in 1 to 14 years old children, instructional vaccination in key vector population. The immune effects and epidemic situations were monitored with epidemiological method. Results During the 10 years observation, the periodical epidemic of the HA were changed significantly, and the epidemic trend of HA were controlled effectively. Conclusion The domestic HA vaccine of H 2 strain possessed good safety and immune effect with a long time of immune effect and high protective rate.
