| 摘 要： | 目的 建立外标法测定乙烷硒啉含量的方法。方法 采用NUCLEODUR C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），流动相为甲醇-水（0.01%H3PO4）=40∶60，流速1.0 mL·min-1，检测波长320 nm，柱温：25 ℃，外标法测定乙烷硒啉原料药的含量。结果 乙烷硒啉线性范围为10.0～500.0 μg· mL-1，r=0.999 9。乙烷硒啉样品溶液在24 h内稳定，精密度良好，平均回收率为98.64%，RSD=0.40%（n=9）。结论 建立的方法准确、简便、易行，可用于质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Ethaselen. METHODS A NUCLEODUR C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm) was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(0.01% phosphoric acid) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and UV detector wavelength was at 320 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.0-500.0 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.64% and RSD of 0.40% (n=9). CONCLUSION This method was accurate， simple and suitable for the determination of ethaselen. |
