摘    要: 目的 建立外标法测定乙烷硒啉含量的方法方法 采用NUCLEODUR C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(0.01%H3PO4)=40∶60,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长320 nm,柱温:25 ℃,外标法测定乙烷硒啉原料药的含量。结果 乙烷硒啉线性范围为10.0~500.0 μg· mL-1,r=0.999 9。乙烷硒啉样品溶液在24 h内稳定,精密度良好,平均回收率为98.64%,RSD=0.40%(n=9)。结论 建立的方法准确、简便、易行,可用于质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Ethaselen. METHODS A NUCLEODUR C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(0.01% phosphoric acid) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and UV detector wavelength was at 320 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.0-500.0 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.64% and RSD of 0.40% (n=9). CONCLUSION This method was accurate, simple and suitable for the determination of ethaselen.
