紫苏梗质量标准研究

摘    要: 目的 制定紫苏梗药材及饮片质量标准。方法 采用了生药学研究,薄层鉴别法、HPLC、水分测定法及灰分测定法。薄层鉴别选用生物显色剂0.8 mg·mL-1的2,2-二苯基-1-苦肼基自由基(DPPH)乙醇溶液显色。结果 根据10个不同批号的紫苏梗药材和5个不同批号的紫苏梗饮片测定结果,确定迷迭香酸含量不低于0.10%(药材)和0.07%(饮片),含水分不高于9.0%(药材)和8.0%(饮片),总灰分不高于5.0%(药材)和4.0%(饮片),酸不溶性灰分不高于1.2%(药材)和0.6%(饮片)。薄层色谱-生物自显影色谱图中迷迭香酸斑点清晰易辨。 结论 通过研究制定了紫苏梗的质量控制标准。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Caulis Perillae.METHODS The pharmacognostical methods were adopted to describe the characters of Caulis Perillae (prepared slice).The bioactive constituents were analyzed by TLC and HPLC. TLC study was sprayed with 0.8 mg·mL-1 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)in ethanol. Moisture and ash were determined by the methods recorded in the Appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005). RESULTS The contents of total ash, acid-insoluble ash and moisture of 15 samples from different sources were determined. The moisture contents were below 9.0% and 8.0% (prepared slice), respectively. The contents of the total ash were below 5.0% and 4.0% (prepared slice), with the acid-insoluble content of 1.2% and 0.6% (prepared slice), respectively. The contents of rosmarinic acid was above 0.10% and 0.07% (prepared slice), respectively. TLC-bioautographic chromatograms were distinctly. CONCLUSION The established method can be used for the quality control of Caulis Perillae.
