摘    要: 目的 研究模型药物亚甲蓝在双口管输液软袋的注药口管中的残留情况。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定模型药物亚甲蓝在注入双口管输液软袋后不同时间的浓度,根据标准曲线,计算得到亚甲蓝在注药口管的残留量及残留率,并讨论影响亚甲蓝在双口管输液软袋注药口管中残留的几个因素。结果 模型药物亚甲蓝在注入双口管输液软袋时,在注药口可能存在残留现象。结论 多种因素均可能影响模型药物亚甲蓝在双口管输液软袋注药口管中的残留率。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the residue of model drug methytene blue in the interface tube of double-tube soft infusion bags during transfer process. METHOD UV-Spectrophotometry was used for the determination, and residue amount and residue percent of model drug methytene blue was calculated. Besides, to discuss the factors that may affect residue percent of model drug methytene blue. RESULTS Model drug methytene blue may be remained in the interface tube of double-tube soft infusion bags during transfer process. CONCLUSIONS The residue percent of model drug methytene blue may be affected by many factors.
