摘    要: 目的 通过研究,以期建立金荞麦药材和饮片中指标成分的含量测定方法方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-0.004%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相;检测波长为280 nm;对11批金荞麦药材和12批饮片中的表儿茶素进行了含量测定。结果 11批药材除1批逸出值外,其余10批的平均含量(以干品计)为0.050 4%;12批饮片的平均含量(以干品计)为0.030 6%。结论 所建方法稳定可靠,简单易行。建议以总平均含量的60%,即0.030%作为金荞麦药材中表儿茶素的最低限量纳入质量标准(草案)正文含量测定项下;以总平均含量的70%,即0.020%作为金荞麦饮片中表儿茶素的最低限量纳入质量标准(草案)含量测定项下。

Content Determination of Epicatechin in Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis and Its Decoction Pieces by RP-HPLC

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the content determination method of target ingredient in Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis and its decoction pieces. METHODS The separation was performed on a column filled with octadcyl silane bonding silica, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.004% phosphate solution, the detection wavelength was 280 nm. The epicatechin of 11 batches of Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis and 12 batches of its decoction pieces was determined. RESULTS The value of 1 batch among the 11 batches of crude drug was escaped, and the average content of epicatechin of the rest batches (dry product) was 0.050 4%; The average content of epicatechin of 12 batches of decoction pieces (dry product) was 0.030 6%. CONCLUSION The method is stable, easy and feasible. 0.030%, which is 60% of the average content, was set as the least limit quantity of epicatechin in Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis herb. 0.020%, which is the value of 70% of the average content, was set as the least limit quantity of epicatechin in its decoction pieces for the content determination item of quality standard (draft) text.
