| 摘 要： | [目的]总结良性前列腺增生症（BPH）非开放手术的有效治疗方法.[方法]应用经尿道电切（TURP）及汽化电切（TUVP）治疗前列腺增生症349例,平均年龄70.5岁,术前平均最大尿流率（Qmax）为6.3 mL/s.[结果]349例患者平均住院时间8.1 d,平均手术时间60 min,术后随访303例患者平均最大尿流率16.5 mL/s.[结论]TURP及TUVP治疗前列腺增生症具有出血少、并发症少、疗效确切等优点.

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the effective method to treat benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).[Method] TURP & TUVP has been carried out in 349 patients with BPH.[Results] The procedure was successful and the results were satisfactory in all 349 cases,with no serious complication.Qmax increased from 6.3 mL/s preoperatively to 16.5 mL/s postoperatively(P<0.05) in 303 follow-up patients.[Conclusion] The result showed that TURP and TUVP is a simple and reliable method for treat BPH. |
