| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脉搏氧饱和度（SpO2）监测在急性左心衰的院前急救及转运过程中的意义。方法：116例院前急救的急性左心衰患者使用动态脉搏血氧饱和度仪进行SpO2监测并指导急救和转运，其结果与同期未行SpO2监测的86例同类病人进行比较。结果：SpO2监测组与对照组院前急救及转运成功率分别为90．5％和80．2％，差别有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：对急性左心衰病人院外急救和转运过程中进行脉搏SpO2监测，简单方便，有利于评估和指导急性左心衰救治，提高院外抢救成功率。
