摘    要:目的:理清和认识医院管理的人文内涵与特征。结果:医疗市场经济的利益导向在医疗领域的扭曲体现,产生了医院管理伦理失范和人文关怀的缺失。结论:医院管理的内在本质特征在于其人文性、以人为本,也即对内管理以员工为本,以尊重医院员工为根本,以关爱医院员工为重心,对外服务以患者为本,医院管理以患者为中心,医者行医以患者为中心。

Abstract:Objectives: aims to clarify and understand the humanistic connotation and characteristics. Results: The medical treatment is distorted by the profit-oriented medical market economy, which leads the miss of hospital management ethics and the lack of humanism care. Conclusions : Hospital is a place where humanistic care most needed for human beings. The internal characteristics of hospital management is humanism, which means human orientation, namely, being employee-oriented in terms of internal management, and patient-oriented in terms of external services.
