厄贝沙坦联合维生素E对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态及促红细胞生成素用量的影响

目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合维生素E对维持性血液透析患者(MHD)微炎症状态的改善以及对促红细胞生成素(EPO)用量的影响。方法将每周透析3次的MHD患者46例分为对照组和治疗组各23例,治疗组每日给予厄贝沙坦和维生素E口服,对照组给予安慰剂,检测所有患者治疗前和治疗半年后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化,同时观察所有患者EPO用量的变化。结果半年后治疗组CRP、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α及EPO用量均较治疗前有所下降(P0.05),而对照组无变化。结论联合厄贝沙坦和维生素E对MHD患者微炎症状态有改善作用,可以减少EPO的使用量。

Effects of irbesartan combined with vitamin E on the micro-inflammatory state and erythropoietin dosage in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the effects of irbesartan combined with vitamin E on the improvement of micro-inflammatory state and erythropoietin（EPO） dosage in maintenance hemodialysis（MHD） patients.Methods Forty-six MHD patients with hemodialysis three times a week were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 23 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given irbesartan combined with vitamin E every day.Patients in the control group were given placebo.C-reactive protein（CRP）,Interlukin-1β（IL-1β）,Interlukin-6（IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α） were measured after six months.All patients were observed changes in EPO dosage.Results After 6 months＇ treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α and EPO dosage in the treatment group decreased than before.And the above-mentioned data in the treatment group were much lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Irbesartan combined with vitamin E can relieve the micro-inflammatory state and reduce the EPO dosages in MHD patients.
