摘    要:目的分析白豆蔻挥发油的化学成分。方法应用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用,气相色谱-红外分析法(GC-MS,GC-IR)结合计算机检索鉴定其化学成分,并计算出各组分的相对含量。结果从白豆蔻挥发油中鉴定了64个化合物,占馏出峰峰面积的95%以上。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于白豆蔻挥发油的成分分析。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Amonun krauanh Pirre ex Gagnep.Methods The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,and chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS and GC-IR.The relative content of each constituent was determined by area normalization.Results 64 kinds of constituents in the volatile oil were identified from Amonun krauanh Pire ex Gagnep and their relative areas were above 95% among the total peak areas.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and repeatable.It can be used for the analysis of the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Amonun krauanh Pirre ex Cagnep.
