左氧氟沙星治疗COPD合并肺部感染的疗效观察

目的观察左氧氟沙星注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合并肺部感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法按照患者入院顺序分为2组:A组(33例)选用左氧氟沙星注射液0.2g,静脉点滴,每日2次,7~10天一疗程;B组(32例)选用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠注射液3.0g,静脉点滴,每日2次,7~10天一疗程。结果A组、B组的临床总有效率分别为87.9%、90.6%,细菌清除率为81.8%、88.5%。结论静脉注射左氧氟沙星治疗COPD合并肺部感染高效安全。

Chinical study of levofloxacin in the treatment of respiratory tract bacterial infections with COPD

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of levof loxacin in the treatment of respiratory tract bacterial infections with COPD. Me thods Patients with lower respiratory tract infections with COPD were treated with levofloxacin or cefoperazone in a randomized controlled study. Results A total of 65 patients were enrolled in this study, 33 cases were in A group, 32 c ases in B group. The cure rates and the effective rates of A and B groups were 8 7.9%, 90.6% (P>0.05), respectively, the bacterial eradication rates of the two g roups were 81.8%, 88.5%,respectively. There was no statistical significance betw een the two groups. Conclusions Levofloxacin is an effective and safety for t he treatment of lower respiratory tract bacterial infections with COPD.
