切除伤区脂肪的全皮移植治疗大面积皮肤撕脱伤（附40例报告）

用切除伤区脂肪的全皮移植治疗大面积皮肤剥脱伤40例。1例死于复合伤，1例皮片坏死，余38例皮片存活50%以上，其中27例在90%以上，仅11例需少量植皮。本法有效易行，疗程短，感染率低，且无瘢痕挛缩及功能障碍等后遗症。

Treatment ot Extensive Laceration with Skin Avulsion by Resuturing the Skin Flap after Excision of Subcutaneous Fatty Tissue

From 1972 to 1984, 40 patients with extensive laceration with skin avulsion were treated by resuturing the skin flap after thorough debridement and excision of subcutaneous fatty tissue. The skin flaps were fenestrated by piercing numerous small holes with pointed scalpel before resuturing, so as to allow free drainage after operation. 1 patient died of compound injuries, Total skin flap necrosis occurred in another. In the remaining 38 patients, over 50% of the area of the resutured skin flaps took, and in 27 of them, more than 90% of the flap areas survived. Further small amount of skin graftings was needed only in 11 patients. This simple method of management in such cases proved effective and the results encouraging. Infection rate was lowered and hospitalization days much lessened, There was only minor scar formation found and dysfunction of the wounded extremity thus prevented.
