银杏注射液联用低分子肝素治疗脑梗死临床观察

目的观察银杏注射液联用低分子肝素治疗脑梗死的临床疗效方法选择96例住院脑梗死患者随机分为银杏注射液联用低分子肝素治疗组（设为治疗组,51例）,单用低分子肝素治疗组（设为对照组,45例）,对治疗效果进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率90.2%,对照组有效率73.3%,两组疗效比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论银杏注射液联用低分子肝素治疗脑梗死有良好的疗效。

Ginkgo combined with low molecular weight heparin for Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe Ginkgo Injection with low molecular weight heparin for treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 96 patients selected with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group with ginkgo and low molecular weight heparin（51 cases）,control group low molecular weight heparin alone（45 cases）.And we analysed the effects of the two group＇s treatment.Results Efficiency of the two groups were 90.2%,73.3%.Moreover,a significant difference was between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of cerebral infarction with Ginkgo and low molecular weight heparin is effective.
