摘    要:目的:研究巨噬细胞游抑制因子(MIF)基因修饰的瘤苗诱导抗肿瘤免疫反应的机理。方法:MIF基因修饰的FBL3瘤苗小鼠免疫后,观察腹腔巨噬细胞数量和功能的变化。结果:MIF基因修饰的瘤苗免疫后,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的数量,表面免疫相关分子的表达,以及TNF-α和NO的分泌水平增高,吞哓功能、杀知性和抗原提呈功能增强。结论:MIF基因修饰的瘤苗体内免疫后,其分泌的MIF显著增强了巨噬细胞的功能,被活化的巨
