| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定复方白氟膜剂中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法 :色谱柱为XTerraRP18,流动相为甲醇 -1%乙酸铵溶液 (40∶60) ,检测波长为215nm ,柱温为30℃ ,流速为0 6ml/min。结果 :盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0 1034μg～4 136μg范围内与吸收峰面积呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 9994,n=3) ,平均加样回收率为101 29% ,RSD=2 34% (n=6)。结论 :本方法简便、准确、重现性好 ,可用于复方白氟膜剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in compound Baifu pellicle.METHODS:A XTerra RP 18 column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-1%ammonium acetate solution(40∶60).The detection wavelength was215nm.The column temperature was30℃.The flow rate was0.6ml/min.RESULTS:There was good linearity of ephedrine hydrochloride in the range of0.1034μg～4.136μg(r=0.9994,n=3). The average recovery was101.29%(RSD=2.34%,n=6).CONCLUSION:This method is simple,accurate and repeatable,and can be used for quality control of compound Baifu pellicle. |
