| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨B超引导在宫腔镜治疗子宫纵隔中的作用。方法:对85例子宫纵隔患者在B超引导下行宫腔镜子宫纵隔切开术的效果进行回顾性分析。结果:手术均一次完成,无子宫穿孔、脏器损伤等并发症发生,复查B超宫底部残留纵隔均<1 cm,宫腔形态基本正常,术后有效随访79例,均妊娠活产。结论:B超引导下行宫腔镜子宫纵隔电切术,是一种安全性高,效价比高的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of treatment in uterine septum by hysteroscopy and B-ultrasound.Method Eighty-five cases with uterine septum were retrospectively analyzed after performed transcervical hysteroscopic resection of septum with being monitored by B-ultrasound.Results All operations were successful,no uterine perforation or intestinal injury occurred.Follow-up after operations,all patients had pregnancy and delivery.Conclusion Usage of B-ultrasound in hysteroscopy can improve the operation safety. |
