乳腺癌超声表现与ER、PR、C-erbB-2表达的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨乳腺癌超声表现与分子生物学指标雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(CerbB-2)的相关性。方法:对64例原发性乳腺癌病灶术前行乳腺超声检查,分析乳腺癌的形态学表现。术后标本行免疫组织化学染色测定ER、PR、CerbB-2,并分析与超声表现之间的关系。结果:边缘毛刺征与ER、PR阳性表达相关(χ2=9.967 p=0.020;χ2=6.349,P=0.012);微钙化,血流及淋巴结与CerbB-2阳性表达相关(χ2=9.661,P=0.020;χ2=5.138,P=0.023;χ2=4.292,P=0.038)。结论:乳腺癌超声表现与分子生物学之间存在一定相关性,可根据其超声表现对癌灶的预后进行评估。

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between the ultrasonographic features and molecular markers,including estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(CerbB-2) in patients with breast cancer.Method The ultrasonographic features and paraffin section of 64 cases of breast cancer confirmed by histopathology were observed retrospectively.The correlation between ultrasonographic features and molecular markers,including ER,PR and CerbB-2 were analyzed.Results Edge of the spiculation was correlated with the positive expression of ER and PR(χ2=9.967,P=0.02;χ2=6.349,P=0.012);The microcalcification,blood stream grade and lymph nodes metastasis were correlated with the positive expression of CerbB-2(χ2=9.661,P=0.02;χ2=5.138,P=0.023;χ2=4.292,P=0.038).Conclusion There is certain correlation between breast cancer ultrasonographic features and molecular markers.The biologic behavior of the breast cancer can be predicted according to the ultrasonographic features,which can provide a basis for the clinical treatment and prognosis assessment.
