经关节镜半月板部分切除治疗半月板无血管区损伤

目的 分析关节镜下半月板部分切除治疗半月板无血管区损伤的手术疗效，提出较适宜的手术时机。方法 随访276例(侧)半月板无血管区损伤关节镜下部分切除的患者，从手术时间、镜下部分切除术后疗效进行分析、比较。结果 半月板损伤后15d～2个月组行半月板部分切除术后优良率达79％；2～4年组治疗术后优良率为57．2％。结论 半月板损伤应早期诊断、早期治疗；早期关节镜下部分切除无血管区损伤半月板的疗效明显优于晚期手术治疗。

Partial meniscectomy of avascular part meniscal injury by arthroscopy

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and the timing of arthroscopic partial meniscectomy in the avascular part meniscal injury. Methods The operation time and effect of partial meniscectomy under arthroscopy were analyzed in a series of 275 patients with meniscal injuries. Results The excellent and good rate was 79% in those who were treated in 15 days to 2 months by arthoscopic partial meniscectomy after injury, 57.2% in 2 to 4 years. Conclusion It is suggested that avascular part meniscus injury should be diagnosed and treatment in early time. Partial meniscectomy in early time has much better result than that in later.
