| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同浓度含碘中药对甲亢大鼠模型甲状腺组织bcl-2、baxmRNA表达的影响.方法:制作大鼠甲状腺机能亢进模型,灌服不同浓度含碘中药复方及其他对照药物进行治疗,然后RT-PCR法检测各组大鼠甲状腺组织bcl-2、bax mRNA水平.结果:含碘较低的中药复方较之含碘高的中药复方在增加bcl-2mRNA表达及减少bax mRNA表达上具有显著性的差异.结论:小剂量含碘中药复方对实验性甲亢大鼠甲状腺细胞具有保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of Chinese mdicinal containing different concentration of iodine(I)on the gene expression of bcl-2 and bax on the model of hiperthyreosis in rats.Methods:After the model of hiperthyreosis were made,each group of rats was treated with Chinese medicinal containing different concentration of iodine and other drugs separately.And then the gene expression of bcl-2 and bax were analysed by RT-PCR.Results:The difference of the expression of bcl-2 and bax between the Chinese medicinal containing lower concentration iodine and higher concentration iodine was significant(P<0.01).Conclution:The Chinese medicinal containing lower concentration iodine could protect thyroid gland cells of the model of hiperthyreosis in rats. |
