| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨改良B-Lynch缝合术法预防选择性剖宫产出血的临床效果。方法:将2004年1～12月有发生产后出血危险因素的剖宫产孕妇随机分为观察组39例与对照组42例,两组术中均使用缩宫素药物,观察组术中行改良B-Lynch缝合术。结果:观察组术毕阴道积血量及术后2h累计出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05),24h产后出血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。产后出血率两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=19.78,P<0.01)。结论:剖宫产术中行改良B-Lynch缝合术能有效预防剖宫产术后出血,降低产后出血发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:Explore the effect of improved B-Lynch sutura to prevent postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods:Cesarean section gravidas with haemorrhage risk factor were selected during January to December in 2004,and divided into observed(39 cases)and controlled group(42 cases)randomly,they all used oxytocin drugs in operation and the observed group operated improved B-Lynch sutura.Results:Hematocolpos and haemorrhage of post-operation in 2 h and in 24 h in observed group is much lower than the controls(P<0.05,P<0.05),and postpartum hemorrhage rate is also lower than the control(X2=19.78,P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved B-Lynch sutura can prevent postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section and decsrease postpartum hemorrhage rate effectively. |
