| 摘 要： | 目的：观察了β-t叶皂甙钠治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效，方法：经CT证实的高血压脑出血病人150例，按入院先后分为两组，1组给予β-t叶皂甙钠的治疗，并与糖皮质激素组（2组）对照。结果：β-t叶皂甙钠治疗组颅内血肿吸收速度及临床疗效方面均优于糖皮质激素组，并且克服了甘露醇，糖皮质激素治疗的副作用。结论：β-t叶皂甙钠是治疗高血压性脑出血的一种有效、安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: This study was to observe the effect of β qiye sodium saponin on intracerebral hemorrhage caused by essential hypertension. Methods: There are one hundred and fifty patients of intracerebral hemorrhage caused by essential hypertension.They was divided into two groups. One used β qiye sodium saponin. Another used glucocorticoid hormone as the control. Results:Therusults showed that β qiye sodium saponjn had a better effect on speed of absortion of intracranial hematoma and clinical manifestationcompared with dexamethasone. Besides,β qiye sodium saponin has no side effects of mannitol and dexamethasone. Conclusions: The βqiye sodium saponin is good method on intracerebral hemorrhage caused by essential hypertension. |
