| 摘 要： | 目的探讨学龄前儿童鼻窦低剂量CT扫描技术及其临床的应用价值。方法将60例正常或轻度副鼻窦炎患者按扫描参数随机分为6组，每组各10例。第1～3组电压120kV，电流分别为100mAs、50mAs、30mAs；第4、5组电压100kV，电流分别为50mAs、30mAs；第6组电压80kv，电流30mAs。用Kruska-Wallis H检验和Nemenyi法检验比较各组图像质量有无差异。结果第2-6组的权重cT剂量指数（CTD1w）与第1组的CTD1w比较分别减少50％、70％、78％、87％、92％；第2-4组与第1组比较所得图像的质量评分之间无显著性差异（x2=0．0905、0．5694、6．2862，P〉0．25）；第5．6组与第1组比较所得图像的质量评分之间有显著性差异（x2=19．0531、53．5293，P〈0．01）。结论学龄前儿童鼻窦低剂量cT扫描参数低至50mAs，100kV，CTD1w2．53mGy时可满足临床诊断要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the usefulness of low-dose CT scan technique in examining paranasal sinus of preschool children. Methods Sixty subjects with normal paranasal sinus and mild paranasal sinusitis were randomly divided into 6 groups (each group 10 cases) according to different scan parameters.
