朝鲜族磨牙外层解剖测量统计分析研究

目的 ]研究朝鲜族磨牙外层解剖形态 .方法 ]用电子数显卡尺测量离体牙的牙外层 ,如牙体、全长、冠长、根长、冠宽、颈宽、冠厚、颈厚等 ,均按王惠芸氏标准测定 ,并做统计分析 .结果 ]朝鲜族上颌磨牙全长与王氏资料相比无明显差异 ,上颌磨牙冠长短于王氏资料 ,但朝鲜族上颌磨牙根长长于王氏资料 ;朝鲜族下颌磨牙全长和冠长短于王氏资料 ,但朝鲜族下颌磨牙根长度与王氏资料相比无明显差异 .结论 ]朝鲜族磨牙较牢固 ,能担负较强的咀嚼力 ,并证实在临床实际工作中借牙冠长短估计根长是不准确的

Statistical analysis of molar external layer of Korean-Chinese by anatomic measurement

OBJECTIVE?To study the anatomic morphology of molar external layer of Korean Chinese.?METHODS?The dental external layer of extracorporeal tooth were measured by electronic data displaying callipers , such as body of tooth, span, length of dental corona, length of radix dentis, width of dental corona, width of dental neck, deep of dental corona and depth of dental neck, et al .. According to the standard of Wang Hui yun, statistical analysis was performed.?RESULTS?The span of Korean Chinese had no significant difference when compared with Wang's data, and length of dental corona of maxillary molar of Korean Chinese was shorter than that of Wang's data, but length of radix dentis of Korean Chinese was longer than that of Wang's data. Span and length of dental corona of mandibular molar of Korean Chinese were shorter than those of Wang's data, but length of radix dentis of Korean Chinese had no significant difference when compared with Wang's data.?CONCLUSION?The molar of Korean Chinese is fairly firm and could shoulder strong masticatory efficiency. It is unfaithful that the length of radix dentis was estimated according to accident of dental crown.
