新生儿脐带处理2种方法的对比分析

目的探讨新生儿剪脐的效果.方法实验组150例在新生儿出生24h后对脐带残端进行剪脐处理,并用10%碘酊消毒,95%酒精棉球及新生儿脐带结扎保护带加压包扎;对照组150例新生儿脐带常规处理后待其自然脱落,比较2组新生儿脐部炎性分泌物、周围皮肤破损、渗血及由脐部因素引起的新生儿哭闹情况.结果2组炎性分泌物、新生儿哭闹发生率的差异有显著性(P＜0.01);周围皮肤破损,渗血发生率的差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论新生儿脐带残端剪脐优于常规的自然脱落.

Contrast and Analysis on Two Methods of Dealing with Newbom's Umbilical Cord Remainder

Objective To study the superiority of cutting newborn's umbilical cord remainder. Methods Experimental group consisted of 150 newborns whose umbilical cord remainders were cut after 24 hours from being born and then nurse used 10% Tr.Iodine to sterilize umbilicus and cotton balls dipped with 95% Alcohol and special protective band to bind umbilicus with adding pressure. Central group consisted of 150 newborns whose umbilical cord remainders fell off on natural way. Inflammation discharge in umbilicus, skin impairment around umbilicus, umbilicus oozing and newborn's cry caused by uncomfortbleness in umbilicus were compared. Results Inflammation discharge and the occurring rate of newborn'scry between two groups were significantly different (P < 0.01) ; The occurring rate of skin impairment around umbilicus and umbilious oozing were different between the two groups ( P < 0.05) .Conclusion The method of cutting newborn's umbilical cord remainder is better than the one of letting umbilical cord remainder fall off on natural way.
