| 摘 要： | 目的:分析CT引导下经皮肺穿刺细胞学检查结果。方法:应用COOK公司18-21GQC或QCS穿刺针对100例患者在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺细胞学检查。结果:穿刺成功率100%,细胞学诊断准确率为98%,100例中,恶性肿瘤89例:其中腺癌43例,鳞癌32例,小细胞型未分化癌9例,分类困难者5例;良性病变11例,其中肺脓肿4例,肺结核4例,炎性假瘤3例。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺细胞学检查成功率高,是安全的,可有效提高肺内病变的诊断准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analysis the cytologic examination by CT-guided percutaneous needle aspiration biopsy of the lung.Methods:One hundred patients were punctured by 18～21 GQC or QCS puncture needle made in cook company by CT-guided percutaneous needle aspiration biopsy,and given cytologic examination,Results:The puncture successful rate was 100%.The cytologic examination accuracy biopsy was 98%.There were 89 malignant tumor cases in 100 cases,including adenocarcinoma(n=43),squamous carcinoma(n=32),small cell undifferentiated carcinoma(n=9),uncertain diagnosis by pathology(n=5);There were 11benign disease cases,including lung abscess(n=4),pulmonary tuberculosis(n=4),pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor(n=3).Conclusion:CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy is an effective and relatively safe method.It can improve effectively diagnosis accuracy of the diseases of the lungs. |
