军人溃疡性结肠炎32例内镜表现分析

目的总结军人溃疡性结肠炎的内镜下特点,提高本病的诊疗水平。方法分析经电子结肠镜检查及病理确认的病例180例,军人组32例,非军人组148例,比较两组间在临床特点、内镜表现方面是否有差异。结果军人组患者腹泻、腹痛与黏液血便等临床的发生率与非军人组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,病变部位无明显差异,但肠镜下病变程度较非军人组严重,且平均发病年龄较轻（P〈0.05）。结论军人溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床表现与非军人组无明显差异,但病情较非军人组重,且年龄较非军人组年轻。

Analysis on endoscopic characteristics of 32 soldier cases of ulcerative colitis

Objective To summarize endoscopic characteristics of soldiers＇ ulcerative colitis （UC） and raise the level of diagnosing and treating. Methods 180 cases of UC which was diagnosed by endoscopy and pathology technique were analyzed, including 32 cases of soldiers＇ UC （soldier group） and 148 cases of common people＇ s UC （common people group）. Clinical and endoscopic characteristics of these two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of diarrhea, abdominal pain, mucous and bloody stools and other clinical characteristics and lesion sites between these two groups have no statistically significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ） ; histological changes under enteroscope of soldier group is more serious and younger than that of common people group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical symptoms between these two groups have no statistically significant difference, but that of soldier group is more serious and younger than common people group.
