专项疗养对野外驻训军官心理健康的影响

目的探讨专项疗养对野外驻训军官心理健康的影响。方法由野外驻训军官48人组成专项疗养组,采用针对性的专项疗养活动安排;另取计划疗养军官60人组成对照组,按常规疗养方法安排疗养活动。采用症状自评量表进行疗养前后的对比测评,并与中国军人常模进行比较。结果两组疗养前各项因子分、阳性项目数及总分均高于中国军人常模,多项因子差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。两组疗养后各项因子分、阳性项目数及总分均低于疗养前,多项因子差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。专项疗养组疗养后各项因子分、阳性项目数及总分均低于对照组,多项因子差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。两组疗养后各项因子分、阳性项目数及总分均低于中国军人常模,多项因子差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论专项疗养及计划疗养均能提高疗养军官的心理健康水平,但专项疗养效果更为显著（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。

Influence of special convalesce to psychological health of the officers in field training

Objective To discuss the influence of special convalesce to psychological health of the officers in field training.Methods 48 officers in field training were divided into special convalesce group and treated with special therapy;the other 60 officers were divided into control group and treated with conventional therapy.The before and after treatment comparative evaluation was performed according to self-reporting inventory and compared with norms of Chinese soldiers.Results The factors and the number of positive items before treatment were higher than norms of Chinese soldiers,the difference of factors has statistical significance（P0.01）.The factors,the number of positive items and total score after treatment in two groups were lower than that before treatment,the difference of factors has statistical significance（P0.01）.The factors,the number of positive items and total score after treatment in special convalesce group were lower than that in control group,the difference of factors has statistical significance（P0.01）.The factors,the number of positive items and total score after treatment in two groups were lower than norms of Chinese soldiers,the difference of factors has statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion Special convalesce and normal convalesce can improve psychological health of the officers in field training but special convalesce has more remarkable effect.
