| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT动态增强扫描对原发性小肝癌的诊断价值。方法利用螺旋CT对66例后经临床及手术病理证实的原发性小肝癌行增强扫描,对CT增强扫描图像进行分析,总结相同时相内的影像特征。结果 66例患者在增强扫描中共检出85个病灶;动脉期表现高密度71例,低密度无强化8例,等密度6例。平衡期均为低密度。结论螺旋CT增强动态扫描可充分反映小肝癌的特征,对早期小肝癌的检出和临床定性诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast-enhanced spiral CT in diagnosis of small HCC.Methods 66 pathologically-proved cases of primary small liver cancer were scanned with spiral CT,and then to analyze the enhanced scanning images,summarize the image feature under the same parvafacies.Results 85 lesions were detected in 66 cases of patients under enhanced scan;71 cases were high density during arterial phase,8 cases were low density without strengthened,6 cases were equidensity.It was always low density during balancing stage.Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced spiral CT scanning could reflect characteristic of small HCC,it has important significance for detecting early small HCC and clinical qualitative diagnosis. |
