双侧唇裂术后继发红唇“口哨畸形”的修复

目的探讨双侧唇裂术后继发红唇＂口哨畸形＂的修复方法。方法根据上、下唇长短比例、是否伴有白唇缺损,分别采用斧头状红唇黏膜瓣,V-Y成形,红唇黏膜交叉瓣,Abbe’s瓣进行修复。结果 17例患者红唇＂口哨畸形＂均得到明显改善,红唇饱满,牙齿外露得到矫正。结论根据患者红唇形态选择不同修复方法可取得良好效果。

Repair of secondary whistle deformity of bilateral cleft lip

Objective To explore the methods of repairing secondary whistle deformity of bilateral cleft lip.Methods According to the proportion of upper and lower lip,accompanied with white lip defect or not,patients were repaired using different methods,including ’axe’ flap,’V-Y’ flap,crossing mucosal flap,and Abbe’s flap.Results Whistle deformities of the 17 patients were all improved.Vermilion shapes were good and teeth exposures were corrected.Conclusion Satisfied results could be achieved using different methods according to the shape of vermilion deformity.
