| 摘 要： | 目的观察利凡诺中期引产术,分娩前补钙对减少宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法采用随机对照的方法,试验组30例(无心脏疾病)于分娩前30分钟静脉滴注0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml加10%葡萄糖酸钙注射液10ml,对照组30例不用药。结果试验组平均出血量小于200ml,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),有显著的统计学意义。结论中期引产术分娩前补钙,对减少防治宫缩乏力性产后出血的发生疗效明显。
