香菇多糖联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的 观察香菇多糖联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效、生存质量改善情况.方法 把68例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组:观察组和对照组,各34例.观察组患者应用香菇多糖联合化疗,对照组单纯化疗.2~4个周期后评价临床疗效、生存质量改善情况.结果 观察组有效率52.9%,对照组44.1%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);生存质量改善情况优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 香菇多糖联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌与单纯化疗相比疗效相似,但生存质量改善情况明显优于单纯化疗,值得临床推广应用.

A clinical study on non-small-cell lung cancer therapy by combination of lentinan with chemotherapy

Objective To observe the clinical effect,toxic side effect and improvement of quality of life.Methods The 68 cases of advanced NSCLC patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group,34 cases for each group.Combination of lentinan with chemotherapy was used in observation group,while the pure chemotherapy was used in control group.The clinical effect,improvement of quality of life were evaluated after 2~4 cycles.Results The effective rate of observation group was 52.9%,and the control group 44.1%.The diversity between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Improvement of quality of life in observation group was superior to that in the control group.The diversity between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the pure chemotherapy,non-small-cell lung cancer therapy by combination of lentinan with chemotherapy has similar clinical effect,better quality of life,which was worthy of popularizing in clinical work.
