脊柱定位调适平衡法为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

目的探讨脊柱定位调适平衡法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的作用以及腰椎间盘突出症的治疗原则、方法及预后等问题。方法将231例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用脊柱定位调适平衡法加针刀及骶管注药治疗;对照组采用传统按摩手法加针刀及骶管注药治疗。治疗后12个月随访。结果观察组的治愈率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且疗效巩固。结论腰椎间盘突出症的治疗脊柱定位调适平衡手法是关键,同时辅以针刀、骶管注药等,以消除椎管内外刺激因素,恢复腰椎曲度,达到脊柱整体平衡。

Clinical analysis on curative effect of spinal positioning adjustment balance manipulation as the key approach for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Objective To explore the treatment principles, methods, and prognosis of spinal positioning adjustment balance manipulation as the key approach for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 231 cases were randomly divided into observation group which received positioning adjustment balance manipulation, acupotomy treatment and sacral injection, and the control group which received massage, acupotomy treatment and sacral injection. Patients were followed-up for 12 months. Resuits The cure rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Spinal posi- tioning adjustment balance manipulation is the key of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, supplemented by acupotomy treatment and sacral injection, in order to eliminate both inside and outside the spinal stimulation factors, restoration of lumbar curvature, achieve balance of whole spine.
