高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果分析

目的探讨高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果。方法将60例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用高压氧治疗。结果经过治疗,两组患者1、3个疗程后的GCS和ADL评分均显著高于治疗前,治疗组比对照组改善更明显（P〈0.05）。结论高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤,更大程度促使患者早日康复,降低致残率,提高患者的生存质量。

Effect analysis of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for severe head injuries

Objective To discuss the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for severe head injuries. Methods Sixty patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, patients in control group received conventional therapy, in treatment group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy based on treatment of control group. Results After 1 course and 3 courses treatment, patients＇ GCS and ADL scores of two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, treatment group improved more significantly than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of severe head injuries could promote recovery, reduce disability and improve patients＇ quality of life.
