| 摘 要： | 对有病理学诊断及可评价客观指标的30例患者给予NP方案治疗,即采用长春瑞滨(NVB)25mg/m2,静 脉滴入,d1、d8;顺铂(DDP)30mg/m2,静脉滴入,d1～d3,21d为1个周期,平均约3～6个周期。30例患者中有效率 为53.3%(16/30),CR4例,PR12例,SD10例,PD4例。主要毒性为骨髓抑制,其发生率为93.3%。初步临床观察 结果提示,NVB+DDP治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效较好,毒性反应可以耐受。

| Abstract: | The objective was to observe the therapeutic effects and toxicities of NVB combined with DDP the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Thirty cases of breast cancer proved pathologically and cytologically were treated with intravenous infusion of NVB 25 mg/m 2 on day 1 and day 8; DDP 30mg/m 2 iv. from day 1 to day 3, and 21 days as a cycle. Among the 30 cases, there were CR 4 cases,PR 12 cases,SD 10 cases, and PD 4 cases. The all over response rate was 53.3%(16/30). The main toxic effects were bone marrow suppression and leukopenia in 93.3%. In conclusion, NVB plus DDP is effective for advanced breast cancer and toxicities are well tolerated. |
