MSCT4D重建在诊断茎突综合征中的优势及临床价值

目的 探讨MSCT 4D重建诊断茎突综合征的临床价值.方法 临床拟诊为茎突综合征的56例患者行常规X线摄片,并通过CR系统处理,对X线平片显示不佳的34例患者行CT容积扫描,然后利用所得的数据进行4D重建.结果 MSCT 4D图像能清晰、立体、直观地显示茎突长度、大小、形态、走向及其与周围组织的关系.结论 MSCT 4D重建图像能最佳显示茎突的影像,为临床诊断提供更为丰富的信息,对术前准备有极高的参考价值.

Evaluation on the feasibility of MSCT 4D-Reconstruction for the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome

Objective To investigate the practical value of MSCT 4-D reconstruction of styloid process X-ray images in order to get a more definite clinical conclusion of the diagnosis for styloid process syndrome. Methods Fifty-six cases with styloid process syndrome were included in this study. They were given routine X-ray photography for styloid process at first, followed by data treatment by CR system. Volumetric CT scan was carried out for the 34 cases without a very clear image of styloid process from routine X-ray. Then, all the collected data were undergone 4D image reconstruction on MSCT system to evaluate the images of styloid process for more definite clinical conclusion. Results From MSCT 4D films, displayed could be the images of styloid process on its whole length, diameters in all directions, detailed shape, traveling process and the neighboring relationship with the other tissues in a clear, spatial and object way. Conclusions MSCT 4D-Reconstruction can display the images of styloid process at the maximal ideal level so as to provide much more information for clinical diagnosis of styloid process syndrome. Then, it will be beneficial for making the pre-operative procedures prepared well.
