医院床垫细菌污染的调查分析

目的：调查医院床垫的细菌培养情况，分析可能造成医院感染的相关因素，制定有效的预防措施。方法：取出院病人床垫75份进行细菌学检查．并以日光暴晒、可移动紫外线灯照射和1：200“84”消毒液进行消毒前后比较。结果：床垫细菌污染严重，3种消毒方法均有效。结论：应重视出院病人床垫的终末消毒，科学、合理地选择床垫消毒方法，切断可能的院内感染途径。
