| 摘 要： | 目的研究血清CA-199在阻塞性胆管疾病中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析389例阻塞性胆管疾病患者的血清CA-199水平,分析不同疾病之间的差异及与胆红素水平之间的关联性。结果胆管癌、胰腺癌中,CA-199水平明显高于其他阻塞性胆管疾病,胆管结石和胆管炎CA-199水平与胆红素呈正相关。结论血清CA-199有助于阻塞性胆管疾病的定性诊断,但并非作为确认依据,应结合具体情况进行分析,以提高肝胆胰疾病的早期诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of CA-199 in obstructive biliary disease.Methods Analysis the CA-199 level in 389 cases of obstructive biliary disease retrospectivly,and find the correlation between the different diseases and bilirubin.Results The CA-199 was significantly higher in cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic cancer than other obstructive biliary disease,and had positively correlated relationship with bilirubin in bile duct stones and cholangitis.Conclusion The level of CA-199 can improve the diagnosis of obstructive biliary disease,but not be considered as a basis for diagnosis.We should consider the specific situation in order to improve the early diagnosis of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases. |
