高血压病人中医辨证分型与甲襞微循环变化的关系

对用中医辨证分型理论分为４型的１３４例高血压患者行甲襞微循环检查，结果表明微循环的障碍程度从肝火亢盛到阴虚阳亢型、痰浊壅盛型、气血瘀滞型逐渐加重，肝火亢盛型为轻度微循环障碍，阴虚阳亢型特点是微血管内流速较快，数目增多，管径最细，长度最长，颜色最浅；痰浊壅盛型特点是微血管模糊不清，畸形最多最重，排列不整，流速较慢，颜色较暗，乳头较浅；气血瘀滞型特点是流速最慢，颜色最暗，乳头最浅，袢顶最宽，红细胞聚集最严重。提示：微循环检查可为中医辨证施治提供科学依据。

Relationship between Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Changes of Nailfold Microcirculation in Hypertension Patients

cases patients of hypertension were differentiated to 4 types used by theory of Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),also their nailfold microcirculation were observed.The results showed that the degree of disorder of microcirculation are getting serious gradually. from the type of the excessive of the liver fire(肝为亢盛型)to the type of the insubstantial of yin and the flourishing of yang(阴虚阳亢型),the type of tne hyperativity of the phlegm-damp(痰浊壅盛型).the type of the stagnation of qi and blood(气血瘀滞型).Microcirculation disturbane is a mildly in the type of the excessive of the liver fire.The type of insubstantial of yin and the flourishing of yang shown microcirculatory flowing fastly,the number is increased,the bore of vessel is the finest,the length is the longest and the color is the flattest.The type of the hyprativity of the phlegm-damp shown that microvessels is indistinct,deformity is the most serious,the arrangement is disorder,the speed of flow is slower,papilla is flatler.In the type of the stagnation of qi and blood,the speed of flow is the slowest,color is the darkest,papilla is the flattest,the top of vasoloop is the widest,erythrocytes aggregation is the most serious.It is suggerted that microcirculation test might provide objective ovidenve for TCM planning treatment according to diagnosis.
