山莨菪碱凝胶防治甘露醇所致兔耳缘静脉损伤的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察山莨菪碱凝胶预防和治疗甘露醇所致兔耳缘静脉损伤的效果。方法:将兔分成预防组、3天治疗组、7天治疗组,所有动物两耳均分别注射等剂量20%甘露醇,每12小时1次,共6次。在一定的时间段内按规定的次数对所有动物右耳用2%山莨菪碱凝胶外涂,左耳50%硫酸镁纱布湿敷。各组疗程结束24小时后活体各切下耳廓组织,按常规病理制片、染色,光镜观察病理变化。结果:局部外涂2%山莨菪碱凝胶预防和治疗静脉注射甘露醇所致兔耳缘静脉损伤的效果与50%硫酸镁湿敷相比差异有统计学意义,局部外涂2%山莨菪碱凝胶预防和治疗效果相比差异无统计学意义。结论:局部外涂2%山莨菪碱凝胶预防和治疗甘露醇所致兔耳缘静脉损伤的效果明显优于50%硫酸镁的湿敷。

Experimental Research of Anisodamine Gel in Prevention and Treatment of Rabbit's Auricular Vein Injuries Due to Mannitol

Abstract:Objective: Observe the effects of 2% anisodamine gel in prevention and treatment of rabbit's auricular vein injuries due to continuous intravenous injection of mannitol. Methods: Animals were assigned into the prevention group, 3-day treatment group, and 7-day treatment group. The two ears of all animals were injected with the same dose of 20% mannitol, once per 12 hours, for six times, respectively. The right ear of all animals of each group was applied with 2% anisodamine gel at certain intervals for the specified times, and the left ear of all animals was packed with 50% magnesium sulfate wet gauge as control. In 24 hours after completion of the treatment course of each group, auricle tissues were cut, and subjected to regular pathological slicing, staining, and observation for pathological results under a light microscope. Results: The effects of 2% anisodamine locally applied in prevention and treatment of rabbit's auricular injuries due to intravenous injection of mannitol showed significant difference from those of 50% magnesium sulfate wet gauge packed. There was no significant difference of effects of 2% anisodamine gel locally applied between prevention and treatment of such injuries. Conclusion: The effects of 2% anisodamine locally applied in prevention and treatment of rabbit's auricular injuries due to continuous intravenous injection of mannitol are significantly superior to those of 50% magnesium sulfate wet gauge packed. Therefore, prevention shall be put first for phlebitis, with prevention and treatment integrated.
