| 摘 要： | 目的:研究寻常型银屑病患者发病的部分诱因。方法:应用Epi分析统计软件对临床收集的320例寻常型银屑病患者和165例对照病例的部分诱因进行分析统计。结果:受潮、感染、刺激性食物、精神紧张、饮酒、吸烟、外伤、服药等对银屑病的发病有显著的影响(P<0.05)。结论:精神紧张、感染、吸烟、饮酒等能诱发或加重银屑病,值得广大临床医生注意并有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to explore the suspected evoking factors for psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:We analysed the risk factors in 320 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 165 control that were collected in the clinical by Epi info.Results: The suspected evoking factors have a statistical significant between psoriasis and control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),such as moisture,infection,stress,smoking,drinking,trauma,taking medicine and so on.Conclusion:The evoking suspected factors which might be exacerbate psoriasis should be noticed. |
