摘    要:目的:通过对常见致病菌耐药状况分析指导临床合理用药,控制院内感染,预防耐药菌局域流行。方法:对陕西省人民医院细菌室记录在册的2000年至2001年常见致病菌用医学统计法分析。结果:耐药菌株4399株。其中革兰氏阴性杆菌3074株,革兰氏阳性珠菌1325株。结论:革兰氏阴性杆菌中大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌最多,分别占17、9%,17.05%是主要致病耐药菌种,对环丙沙星耐药率最高,泰能最低,革兰氏阳性球菌葡萄球菌为主,对青霉素耐药最高,万古霉素最低。分析耐药菌种,耐药率有着重要的临床用药指导意义。

Abstract:Objective:To clinical medication of antibiotics,to control iatrogenic infection,and to restrict the drug-resistance's range.Methods:Analysis of common bacteria lister in the lab of Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital from 2000-2001 with the way of medical statistics.Results:There are drug-resistance's bacteria 4399,of which 3047 bacteria are Gram-negative,1325 bacteria are Gram-positive.Conclusion:To Gram-negative bacilli,E.coli and P.aesugunisa are the main bacteria,most of them,are resistant to Ciprofloxacin,but are sensitive to Imipenem.While to Gram-positive cocci,E.faecalis are the main bacteria,those are resisant to Penicilln,and are sensitive to Vancomycin It's important to the clinical medication of antibiotics by the analysis bacteria's resistance.
