| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨舒适护理在后腹腔镜肾切除手术患者中的应用。方法:对60例进行后腹腔镜肾切除手术患者的手术前后已有或潜在的护理问题进行适时的评估和干预,以患者的焦虑、睡眠状况作为观察指标。结果:经舒适护理干预后患者的焦虑程度及睡眠状态均得到显著改善,干预前后比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:后腹腔镜肾切除手术前后的舒适护理干预能增加患者在生理和心理上的舒适度。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of comfortable care model appling in retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy.Methods： 60 patients,which had potential nursing problem,with perioperatively retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy were evaluated and interfered timely;their anxiety,sleep and pain were observed.Results： There was significant difference of value of anxiety,sleep disorder and durante dolors post operation（P0.01）.Conclusion： Patients with comfortable care on pre and post retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy were raised in physiological and psychological comfort. |
