降低重症肌无力患者吞咽障碍并发症发生率

目的 降低重症肌无力患者吞咽障碍并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量。方法 开展问题解决型品管圈活动。通过对活动主题进行现状查检、原因解析、对策拟定等，从风险管理规范化、风险评估精准化、营养支持个性化3方面进行改进。结果 重症肌无力患者吞咽障碍并发症发生率从活动前的62.32%降低到活动后的15.18%,使重症肌无力吞咽障碍患者得到了精准评估、精细护理。结论 品管圈活动开展可以降低重症肌无力患者吞咽障碍并发症发生率，有效提高患者生活质量，进而确保患者安全。

Reducing the Incidence of Dysphagia Complications in Patients with Myasthenia Gravis

ObjectiveTo reduce the incidence of dysphagia complications in patients with myasthenia gravis and improve their quality of life.MethodsThe problem-solving quality control circle activities were developed. Through the current situation inspection, cause analysis, and countermeasure formulation of the activity theme, the improvement was made from three aspects: standardization of risk management, accuracy of risk assessment, and personalization of nutrition support.ResultsThe complication rate of dysphagia in patients with myasthenia gravis decreased from 62.32% before the activity to 15.18% after the activity, and patients with myasthenia gravis swallowing disorder received accurate assessment and meticulous care.Conclusion The quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence of dysphagia complications in patients with myasthenia gravis, effectively improve the quality of life, and thus ensure the safety of patients.
