摘    要:糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,是全世界导致患者失明和视力障碍的主要原因。目前,临床上针对DR的治疗方式及其疗效较局限。近年来,越来越多研究表明,青蒿素(ART)及其衍生物具有恢复胰岛细胞功能、抗炎、抗氧化、抑制新生血管形成、抑制视网膜细胞凋亡等多种生物功能,对DR有显著干预和缓解作用。本文主要综述近年来国内外针对ART及其衍生物治疗DR的研究进展,以期为DR提供新的治疗思路和治疗靶点。

Abstract:Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes and is also the leading cause of blindness and visual impairment worldwide. Currently, the therapeutic effect of DR is limited. However, more studies have shown that artemisinin (ART) and its derivatives have various biological functions, such as the recovery of islet cell function, anti-inflammation, antioxidation, inhibition of neovascularization and retinal cell apoptosis, and can significantly relieve DR. This review focuses on the research progress of ART and its derivatives in the treatment of DR at home and abroad in recent years, in order to provide new ideas and targets for the treatment of DR.
