摘    要:目的 了解2020年湖北省8~10岁儿童碘营养状况,为湖北省碘缺乏病防治提供依据。方法 根据《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(2016版)》要求,2020年选择湖北省4个区县的8~10岁儿童(年龄均衡、男女各半),分别采集其家中食用盐、随机1次尿样,检测盐碘和尿碘含量;采用B超法检查儿童甲状腺,计算甲状腺肿大率(简称甲肿率)。结果 共采集8~10岁儿童盐样794份,盐碘中位数为25.97 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率99.87%(793/794),碘盐合格率94.33%(748/793),合格碘盐食用率94.21%(748/794)。共检测儿童尿样794份,尿碘中位数为251.05μg/L,碘缺乏占比6.80%(54/794),碘适宜占比28.09%(223/794),碘超过适宜量占比30.48%(242/794),碘过量占比34.63%(275/794)。共检查儿童甲状腺容积794人,甲状腺容积中位数为2.32 ml,甲肿率为1.51%(12/794)。盐碘与甲状腺容积呈负相关(r=-0.20,P<0.05),尿碘与甲状腺容积、盐碘均未见相关性(r=-0.05,P>0.05;r=0.05...

Abstract:Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of children aged 8-10 in Hubei province, and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in Hubei province. Methods According to the requirements of National Iodine Deficiency Disorder Surveillance Program(2016 edition), in 2020, children aged 8-10(aged balanced, half male and half female)in four districts and counties of Hubei Province were selected to collect edible salt samples and urine samples at random, the salt iodine and urine iodine were detected. B-mode ultrasound was used to examine children's thyroid gland, and the goiter rate(referred to as goiter rate)was calculated. Results A total of 794 salt samples were collected from children aged 8-10 years. The median salt iodine was 25.97mg/kg, the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.87%(793/794), the qualified rate of iodized salt was 94.33%(748/793), and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 94.21%(748/794). A total of 794 children's urine samples were detected. The median urinary iodine was 251.05 μg/L, with iodine deficiency accounting for 6.80%(54/794), appropriate iodine accounting for 28.09%(223/794), excess iodine accounting for 30.48%(242/794)and excess iodine accounting for 34.63%(275/794). A total of 794 children were examined for thyroid volume. The median thyroid volume was 2.32ml, and the goiter rate was 1.51%(12/794). There was a negative correlation between iodine and thyroid volume(r=-0.20, P<0.05), but there was no correlation between urine iodine and thyroid volume and salt iodine(r=-0.05, P>0.05; r=0.05, P>0.05).Conclusion In 2020, the iodine nutrition level of children aged 8-10 in Hubei Province is sufficient, reaching the national standard for the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders. We should continue to strengthen iodine nutrition monitoring and adhere to the prevention and control strategy of iodine deficiency disorders with salt iodization as the mainstay for a long time.
