摘    要:依照课题研究型品管圈活动步骤,针对急性心肌梗死患者心脏性猝死急救管理现状,基于结构化思维与金字塔原理,构建了急性心肌梗死患者心脏性猝死急救管理体系。这使急性心肌梗死患者抢救成功率提升至 71.4%,1 min内电除颤率提升至 100%,萨勃按压部位精准率提升至100%,心肺复苏开始时间缩短至9 s,萨勃启动时间缩短至23 s,呼吸机启动时间缩短至29 s,提高了急性心肌梗死患者急救效率,改善了患者生命结局。

Abstract:According to the steps of research-oriented quality control circle, the current situation of emergency treatment of sudden cardiac death in patients with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed. Based on the pyramid principle of structured thinking, a emergency management system for sudden cardiac death in patients with acute myocardial infarction was established. The rescue success rate of patients with acute myocardial infarction was increased to 71.4%, the rate of electrical defibrillation within 1 min was increased to 100%, the accuracy rate of Saber pressing site was increased to 100%, the start time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was shortened to 9 s, the start time of Saber was shortened to 23 s, and the start time of ventilator was shortened to 29 s. It improved the emergency efficiency of patients with acute myocardial infarction and improved the life outcome of patients.
