摘    要:目的降低消毒供应中心单日用水消耗量,节约水资源。方法开展问题解决型品管圈活动,通过现状分析、原因解析,制定了针对性对策并予以实施,包括浓水回收利用、冷凝水回收利用、节水型用水系统、用水设备管理系统等。结果医院消毒供应中心单日用水消耗量从44 919 L降低至22 126 L。结论通过品管圈活动,能够改进消毒供应中心单日用水消耗量,使医院实现了节约用水目标,节省了成本。但回收水无长期储存条件、回收水装置无备用设备等问题有待进一步改进。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo reduce the daily water consumption of hospital disinfection supply center and save water resources. MethodsBy problem solving quality control circle, through the analysis of the current situation and causes, the relevant countermeasures were formulated and implemented, including concentrated water recovery and utilization, condensed water recovery and utilization, water-saving water system and water equipment management system.ResultsThe daily water consumption of hospital disinfection supply center decreased from 44 919 L to 22 126 L. Conclusion The use of quality control circle activities can improve the daily water consumption of disinfection supply center, make the hospital realize the goal of water conservation and save the hospital cost. However, there was no long-term storage condition for the reclaimed water and no backup equipment for the reclaimed water device.
