新重症医学医疗质量控制指标体系构建

目的构建新的重症医学医疗质量控制指标体系，为持续改进医疗质量提供参考。方法成立研究小组，通过查阅文献、课题组讨论、总结国内外经验，以“结构-过程-结果”理论为指导，初步拟定重症医学医疗质量控制指标，并通过两轮德尔菲专家函询构建新重症医学医疗质量控制指标体系。结果两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.805和0.800，协调系数在第二轮函询后一级、二级指标分别为0.379和0.570（P＜0.05）。最终确定指标体系包含一级指标3项、二级指标17项。结论构建的新重症医学医疗质量控制指标体系具有一定可靠性和合理性，但在应用中还需不断完善。

Construction of New Medical Quality Control Index System of Critical Care Medicine

ObjectiveTo construct a new medical quality control index system for critical care medicine to provide reference for improvement of medical quality. MethodsA research group was set up to preliminarily formulate medical quality control indicators for critical care medicine by reviewing literature, discussing in the research group, summarizing domestic and foreign experience, and guided by the "structure-process-result" theory. Finally,the medical quality control index system of critical care medicine was constructed through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.ResultsThe questionnaires collection rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.805 and 0.800, respectively. The coordination coefficients were 0.379 and 0.570 (P< 0.05) after the second round of expert consultation. The final index system includes 3 first-level indexes and 17 second-level indexes.Conclusion The new medical quality control index system of critical care medicine has certain reliability and rationality, but it still needs to be improved in application.
