以绩效考核提升血站服务质量

摘    要:绩效考核是血站落实收入分配制度的有效措施,也是推动血站改革的有效途径。为提升员工工作驱动力,青岛市中心血站探索运行了公共卫生机构保障与采供血激励相结合的绩效考核机制,建立了相对完善的业务评价指标体系。绩效考核新机制运行后,提高了员工的工作积极性和凝聚力,使采供血工作质量和数量进一步提升。后续需进一步健全完善考核评价体系,合理设置业务职能指标,全面开展绩效评价与考核。

Abstract:Performance appraisal is not only an effective measure to implement the income distribution system, but also an effective ways to promote the reform of blood bank. In order to improve the work motivation of employees, Qingdao Central Blood Bank explored the performance appraisal mechanism combining the guarantee of public health institutions with the incentive of blood collection and supply, and established a relatively perfect business evaluation index system. After the operation of the new performance appraisal mechanism, the staff's work enthusiasm and cohesion were improved, and the quality and quantity of blood collection and supply work were further improved. In the follow-up, it is necessary to further improve the assessment and evaluation system, reasonably set up business function indicators, and comprehensively carry out performance evaluation and assessment.
